Petrosyan Arnolid Vartanovich was born 20.02.1943, in Krasnodare, Russia.

Labor and scientific activity: labor activity began in 1960 pupil of the radio operator on one of the defense plant Ussuriysk city Seaside edge. In 1961-62 worked in SSI of communication in Taganrog city. 1962 on 1965. served in rows of the Soviet Army. 1970 after completion TSURE on professions "Electronic instruments" works at pulpit RTE. In 1976 has protected the candidate's thesis.

Area scientific interest: development and use input device microwave range. In 1980 year under his management and under direct participation on pulpit was created technological laboratory of the hybrid integral schemes microwave frequency, as well as - a scholastic laboratory on micro circuitry. Was it repeatedly shown by responsible performer of the row budgetary of the work.
